To participate, users must follow the instructions posted on the official post for each promotion. The winner will be randomly selected through a giveaway application and announced on our social media. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other products. The winner will have 1 week to claim the prize from notification; if they fail to do so, a new drawing will be held until the prize is awarded. By participating, the user accepts these conditions and releases Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube from any liability, as these platforms do not sponsor or administer these giveaways.

 

8. GIFT WITH PURCHASE

During the promotional period in effect, Íntima Hogar will offer a free gift with purchase for orders over $150 USD (individual customers) or $300 USD (wholesale customers). The gift will be automatically added to the cart upon meeting the minimum amount and one will be awarded per order. The promotion will be valid until November 15, 2025 or while supplies last, whichever comes first. The type of gift may vary depending on availability and may be substituted with an equivalent item. This promotion applies only to purchases at intimausa.com and is not stackable with other offers, discounts or coupons, nor redeemable for cash. Íntima Hogar reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion without prior notice in case of force majeure or any situation beyond its control. Restrictions apply and in case of dispute, the terms established by Íntima Hogar shall prevail.
